The gang at Back2Basics has so much to be thankful for this year. We had a fun day of flag football and activities along with home cooked Thanksgiving dinner and some yummy pies for dessert! Enjoy some of our highlights:
Weights – Local Big Dog Steve H trains the clients on proper form and technique for the major powerlifting moves – low bar squat, strict press, bench press, and deadlift. Steve squats over 500 pounds and agreed to volunteer some of his time to help the clients get off on the right foot with their new exercise regimen.
Football – In the spirit of Thanksgiving, the clients challenged transition to a game of flag football before having Thanksgiving dinner. The competition was fierce and the only injuries sustained were bruised egos.
