Family weekend was an experience of a lifetime. My parents told me they saw a significant change in me. They said I talk like a normal person now and do not act absurd. It was super good to see my parents especially to see them while I am sober. We got to go out to lunch and dinner for 3 days straight so it was a bit different from my normal menu here at B2B. We got to go to see the movie The Black Panther which was a really cool movie and my parents really liked it. We also got to go to a really good sushi place called Karma. We also had two family therapies which got super emotional. I had to tell both my parents some things I needed to get off my chest for me to do so because I have never had enough courage to do so. My parents both told me they had a lot more trust in me than prior so that was super amazing to hear because I have not heard that in a while. Altogether family weekend was super awesome for me and my parents and it was the first time in a very long time to be honest and straight up with my parents.
