One of our favorite classes at Back2Basics is the Culinary Class we affectionaltely call ‘Choppin’ with Cuts’. Kathy DuPrez is the Back2Basics Culinary & Nutrition Director and schedules two days a week to teach the clients culinary basics and food preparation.
